  8. Add kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and fry for 1 minute.
  9. Now add finely chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Add potatoes and saute.. Add garam masala and Kasoori methi at this stage.add 2 glasses of warm water and let this cook for 25 minutes after covering the lid tightly.
  11. Check if potatoes are finely cooked and gravy is not much thick not much thin.
  12. Serve with coriander leaves.It is best when cooked in iron vessel And combined with roti.
