  22. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  23. 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  24. 1/2 tsp each ginger garlic paste
  25. 1 tsp coriander powder
  26. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  27. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  28. Salt as per taste
  29. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1. First boil the potatoes keep them aside. Now take a pan put a tsp of ghee when the ghee gets hot put cumin seeds when it starts crackle put the crushed ginger and green chilies sauté for a min. then add mashed

  4. Now take a rolling pin take a small portion of dough and make a oval shape chapati Now cut the strips and sticks it in the bowl then fry it the bowl will come out.. Now heat a kadai add oil then add chopped onions fry it for few minutes then add ginger garlic paste stir for few minutes then add

Turmeric powder snd other dry spices cook it for few minutes then add boiled chole cook it for 10 minutes then add coriander leaves Now take a plate put some green chutney, tamarind chutney,beetroot yoghurt chutney then put chole then put deconstructed samosa topped it with raddish, Cucumber, fine sev, boondi, little chaat masala and is ready to serve....
